Catherine Cromelin Catherine found yoga in her late 20’s after a mostly acrimonious relationship with her body before. Yoga was the first “exercise” where she fell in love with the sensation of connecting mind to body and slowly, over time, learned to feel good in her own skin. She completed her first 200-hour vinyasa training through Yoga to the People in 2012 and her second with Ana Forrest in 2015. She is also reiki attuned and has studied prenatal and trauma-informed yoga. She believes her job as a yoga instructor is to help you understand yourself better. She loves working with all bodies and levels and finds every body - holding within it infinite motion and emotion - fascinating.
